Having completed its restructuring process, LUKOIL aims to continue delivering its superior product and service quality – which has also earned the appreciation of Turkish consumers – in a consistent and homogeneous manner across all locations.
In our strategic development program, we attach great importance to HSE-S standards and to ensuring fuel quality assurance, and we make substantial investments and conduct extensive research in order to maintain a high level of quality for the product with which we refuel more than 4 million vehicles every year.
In our dealer relations, we will continue to develop and implement a new customer-oriented cooperation model. As consumers have begun to place greater emphasis on fuel economy, they have also raised their standards and expectations. Therefore, within the scope of joint projects, we structure the foundation of our dealer relationships in line with this perspective.
We see digitalization as one of the key components of operational excellence and sustainable growth. Through innovative technologies and digital solutions, we continuously improve our processes and aim to provide our customers with faster, more reliable and more efficient service.
LUKOIL’s status as a global brand creates a positive impact at every stage of our communication and interaction with existing and potential dealers. At present, LUKOIL’s retail network consists of approximately 6,000 stations in 27 countries worldwide, including Azerbaijan, Georgia, Russia, the USA, CIS and European countries. At every station, we offer environmentally friendly ECTO fuels that meet LUKOIL’s high standards in service, environment and safety.
Our new management team will be implementing a series of new projects in which responsibility will be shared with dealers in order to maintain LUKOIL’s safe and high-quality brand image.
The Company’s main focus and objective for the coming period is to further increase its fuel sales volume in Turkiye and to expand its distribution channels.
